Sandi Boller was so helpful in working with us to resolve our issues when we were hit with a lawsuit from a former employee who we had been terminated for cause. She assisted us in compiling the information that we needed to respond to the lawsuit, as well as reviewing our HR practices. Ultimately, the lawsuit was dismissed.

Sandi was so professional and helped to keep me grounded as we worked through this ugly situation. "Sandi was able to show us..."

Sandi Boller worked with me and my partner when we got involved in an IRS audit. We had been dependent on our CPA, who had confirmed that she was responding to the IRS’ request for documentation. By the time that we discovered that sufficient documentation had not been provided, the IRS had lost patience and we were hit with a very large penalty.

With very little time available for response, Sandi quickly began an investigation, beginning with meeting with the CPA team, and then working through our files for support documentation. She was ultimately able to resolve the audit and had the entire penalty removed by providing what was requested!

Although this wasn’t specifically a Human Resource issue, Sandi was able to show us that her investigation skills were all that was needed to reach a meaningful resolution, as well as her ability to professionally represent us in communicating successfully with the IRS agents. We are very grateful to Sandi for removing this burden and allowing us to get back to operating our business!

We also had her review our HR policies and procedures to ensure that we were on-track and in compliance with our HR issues. We would highly recommend Sandi for any issues that you may have because her approach to any problem is something that provides confidence and a positive resolution!
